Lawyer website design that turns searches into qualified consultations

People rarely shop for a lawyer casually. They arrive after an accident, an arrest, a diagnosis or a dispute, and they decide in minutes whether you handle their kind of case. Your site has to show that clearly, take the inquiry, and stay within your state bar's advertising rules while doing it.

For solo practitioners, boutique firms and multi-office practices in the US.

What the engagement protects

Clarity before production

Decisions tied to the buyer journey

Measurement built into delivery

Evidence status

Proof before promotion.

We don't yet have a published, client-verified law firm website case study. Rather than imply results we can't document, we'll add one here once a project's outcomes are confirmed with the firm and logged in our claims register.

Where law firm websites usually lose cases

Start with the observable business problem. The right intervention becomes clearer once the friction is named precisely.

What changes

Concrete changes your team and buyers can recognize.

A page for every case type you want

Each practice area and high-value sub-type gets its own page answering what the process looks like, what it costs to talk to you, and what the client should do next.

Intake that screens before staff spend time

Practice area, jurisdiction, opposing party and urgency are captured up front and routed to the right person or intake tool, so the first call starts with context.

Copy built with ethics rules in mind

No unverifiable superlatives, results presented with the context your state requires, and attorney-advertising disclaimers where they apply. Final sign-off stays with you.

Trust that holds up to scrutiny

Bios, credentials, reviews and published results presented honestly, with structured data that helps search engines understand your firm, attorneys and offices.

How we get there

Each phase closes a decision before the next one begins, keeping scope visible and avoiding expensive surprises.

01

Define the cases you want more of

We start with your intake data: which matters convert, which waste time, and which practice areas deserve their own pages. That decides the architecture, not a template.

02

Map the searches and questions per case type

For each priority case type, we list what people search and what they need to know before calling — fees, timelines, what to bring, what happens next.

03

Write and review with your ethics rules

We draft pages and bios, flag every claim that needs substantiation or a disclaimer under your state's rules, and route them to you for approval.

04

Build intake that sorts inquiries

Forms and click-to-call tracking connected to your intake software, with fields that let staff screen jurisdiction and conflicts before the consultation.

05

Launch and keep it maintainable

Redirects from old URLs, office listings updated, and a CMS your team can use to add a result, a new attorney or a new practice page without a developer.

Timeline

Intake review & practice-area architecture

1–2 weeks

Copy, attorney bios & ethics review

2–3 weeks

Design, build & intake integration

3–5 weeks, overlapping copy

The biggest variables are how many practice areas and offices need their own pages, how fast attorneys review copy and bios, and whether your intake software has an integration we can connect to directly.

What it costs

A solo or small firm focused on one or two practice areas usually fits our Focused Website tier ($6k–$9k). Firms with several practice groups, multiple offices or intake integrations typically sit in the Strategic Website tier ($10k–$18k). The quote follows the number of practice and office pages you actually need.

Questions that shape the decision

Clear answers before a sales call, so the conversation can focus on fit rather than fine print.

01 / 05

Do you know the advertising rules for my state?

We work from the ABA Model Rules on advertising (7.1–7.3) and flag the common state variations, such as disclaimer and past-results requirements. We are not your ethics counsel: every claim, result and disclaimer goes to you for approval before launch.
